Executive TeamSteven J. Doherty, PresidentIn his role as president, Steve Doherty brings twenty years experience in the creation of effective business, selling and alliance strategies in complex technology environments. At eFoundry, Steve is responsible for the implementation of the firm's long-term corporate strategy and the development of pivotal partnerships with industry leaders in Web infrastructure and content management technologies. Prior to this role, Steve served as Director of Strategic Alliances for Open Market, Inc. During his tenure he significantly expanded and strengthened the company's partner program by building successful relationships with global firms including IBM, Sun Microsystems, and Deloitte Touche. As Director of Business Development at FutureTense, Inc., he was instrumental in the development and execution of the company's sales strategy moving it from a startup to market leader. Steve has also held executive sales positions at Inso, Bremer Associates, and Digital Equipment. His early management experience includes extensive work in the areas of corporate operations and financial analysis. Steve has an MBA from Boston's Suffolk University and his undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts. Daniel Liliedahl, Founder and CTOAs eFoundry's Founder and Chief Technology Officer, Dan Liliedahl's early vision for the company has culminated in a professional services firm that provides its Fortune 1000 clients with focused expertise in the development and deployment of sophisticated Web infrastructures and content management applications. Dan serves as the firm's primary architect for the enterprise content management solutions that enable the delivery of e-business initiatives such as portals, Web services, and online catalogs. Prior to his position at eFoundry, Dan served as principal engineer and architect for content management software pioneer FutureTense, Inc. While there, he designed and deployed state-of-the-art J2EE-based enterprise content management solutions for leading international companies in the financial services and publishing industries. Before FutureTense, Dan was principal software engineer for SBL scripting language firm, Mystic River Software. He has also managed the architecture, design and implementation of mission-critical software products for Massachusetts-based firms Adra Systems, Inc., Simplex Time Recorder, Intellution, and Butler Automatic. Dan has a Bachelors of Science in electrical engineering from the University of New Hampshire's College of Engineering and Physical Sciences. Carol J. Mitchell, Vice President - Client ManagementAs a recent addition to eFoundry’s senior management team, Carol Mitchell brings extensive cross-functional, high technology management experience. Prior to eFoundry, she developed and led the sales and consulting services organization at FutureTense, a provider of enterprise content management software through its acquisition by Open Market in 1999. At Open Market, Mitchell served as Vice President of Sales for the Americas and as Vice President of the Channel Partner Program, bringing together over 50 of the world’s leading consulting organizations to provide expertise and support to Open Market’s customers. Carol served as Vice President of Sales for Wheelhouse Corporation, a consulting company delivering services in support of Marketing and ECRM initiatives. She also has headed sales at Inso Corporation and held various sales management positions at Digital Equipment Corporation. Amy Feldman, Finance ManagerAmy Feldman brings over 20 years experience in financial and business management to her role as eFoundry's Finance Manager. Before coming to eFoundry, Amy served as senior executive of retail operations for Paragon Capital, a lender to emerging and established retail companies. At Paragon, she managed underwriting of new financing as well as analysis of company business plans, loan risks and cash flow requirements. Prior to Paragon, Amy served as corporate controller and acting CFO for Sight Resource Corporation where she was responsible for all company accounting and financial practices including infrastructure development, due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, and GAAP and SEC compliance. She has also developed and managed critical financial procedures and practices for Boston-based firms Safety 1st, Inc., T.J. Maxx, and Deloitte, Haskins, and Sells. Amy has an MBA from the University of Virginia and her undergraduate degree from Boston University. |
